Welcome to April 2024
Come Craft with Me!
This month our crafting project will be to make a Firefly, or you may finish your faux stained-glass project. We will have two classes for our project(s), April 12, at one p.m. and April 17 at six p.m.
This is a free event, but donations are appreciated. The donations will be used for purchasing more craft supplies.
A Note of Thanks!
We are glad so many are coming to our Craft with Me! Thank you for coming out and spending time at the library!!
A note from Lori!
I recently read a book, which my daughter in-law recommended, and found it to be a very good read. The book is available on Libby (free with your library card) and is entitled I'm Not Dying with You Tonight
and is written by Gilly Segal. Libby is a great place to find many interesting reads including magazines!

For several months now, City Staff have been working to set up a Notification/Alert System to allow better communication with our residents. This system is hosted by Everbridge. Now, critical alerts about our water supply, community events, or other important information can be sent out quickly so everyone can stay informed. We have set up a web page “Stay Informed with Alerts” with links that will allow you to sign up and learn more information about the Notifications and Alerts. There will be more information sent out with your water bill this month. Please spread the word so your neighbors can stay informed as well.
